The Global Alliance for Project Performance Standards (GAPPS) is a not-for-profit member organization dedicated to the creation of independent competency standards against which any individual, company, government agency or other organization can benchmark against to see how they compare against the GAPPS Framework.The GAPPS standards in Project and Program Management have been created by practitioner volunteers from around the world and have been put into the "public domain" under "GNU" or "Copyleft" licensing for anyone to use, copy, modify or adapt, subject to the terms and conditions of the Open Software General Public License v 3.
